StarHop Navigator is an offline app. By default, no personal data is transmitted to any server.

Device Sensors

For orientation, the app uses sensors (accelerometer, compass) and optionally location data to calculate astronomical coordinates. This data is processed exclusively on your device.

Local Storage

Settings, favourites, equipment data and observation notes are stored locally on your device. No data is transmitted to external servers.
